You can cancel an order until it is shipped by providing written instructions by email.
Once shipped, and you'd not want the order any more, you can reject it at the time of delivery. Once returned, we'd create a refund after deducting applicable shipping & return charges and the transaction fee.
If a customer cancels an order, we would create a store credit in customer's account. For such cases, refunds to customer's payment method shall be made after deducting the applicable transaction fee, both payment and refund.
There's no deduction in case customers keeps the amount in the Ekirana wallet. Such credits shall remain available for transaction for 12 months from creation.
