If your parcel is marked as return due to incorrect address, please notify us at support@ekirana.nl as soon as possible with your correct address and the order number. Depending up how far the parcel has progressed the return process, we may be able to reverse the return and have it delivered to your correct address. 


In case the return is irreversible, once we receive the parcel, we can either resend your parcel after charging the full shipping charges applicable for your destination or refund your money back after deducting the applicable shipping charges and the payment transaction fee. 


If your order contains fresh or frozen items, we can replenish them as well with a new stock after charging the additional product cost.
