Option 1: standard- with out the special packaging. Frozen packs would be delivered at the ambient temperature. There's no extra charge for that. You just need to put these items in the freezer as soon as you receive them. With option 1, the frozen goods shall be dispatched along with your other items, in the same box as the dry items.
Option 2: with special insulated packaging. When you select this option at checkout, a surcharge of €9,99 automatically gets added in your order total. With You will receive your frozen products in chilled to ambient condition (subject to weather conditions and the transit time it take to deliver to your address).
Option 2 is our recommended method for transport of frozen items, specially in the summer time.
We can also send you your order with ice, under frozen condition and as well ship with express service to farther EU countries. Please send us an email with your specific request to ask for an offer.
For Orders outside BeNeLux, you will receive your frozen products in chilled to ambient conditions (subject to the weather).
For Ordering outside BeNeLux and Germany with Frozen packing (dry ice or special transport for bulk frozen products), please send us an email for a quote.
