Grocery Delivery Options
Ekirana has now multiple options for delivering your groceries at the convenience of a click. Now you can plan to have your groceries delivery time even more precisely. There are following options -
Standard Day Time Delivery
This is a standard delivery option. Delivery of your order takes place between 9.00-17.00 Tuesday to Friday.
Evening Delivery Service
The orders where evening delivery is requested shall be delivered between 18.00-21.00 (Tue - Fri). Read more about this service here.
Saturday Delivery Service
We can plan Saturday delivery (9.00-17.00) of your orders by dispatching them on Friday. This works fine most of the cases. In some unforeseen cases (very minor), the delivery may get postponed to Monday (subject to the schedule changes of postal services).
Self Pickup from a nearby post office/shops
We can deliver your order to a nearby pickup point close by to your address, where you can go and pick-up by yourself. On the checkout page, when you select Shipping Address is different from Billing Address, the checkout page reveals more options. By selecting Pakjegemak button, you can view the pickup points in your PostCode and their opening times.

Self pick-up from Our warehouse
It is possible to pick up your order from our warehouse in Rotterdam, with a prior appointment. All you need to do is to select the self-pick up option in the shipping section at the checkout page and raise your order as usual. You can pick up your order between 15.00.-17.00 (Tue- Fri). Please call 1 hour in advance before coming. Please note that there's no cash or card facility at this location. Address for pick up is Vareseweg 121, 3047AT, Rotterdam.
