Typically, such is the case, when your parcel is delivered to your neighbour (not necessarily the next door neighbour) or is delivered at the pickup point. Please check your post box if there's any note left. If you don't find any note in your postbox (rare) and are not able to locate your parcel, please let us know ASAP, we'll report the case to the Postal service and would formally request them for an investigation. Outcome of the investigation could take 1-2 weeks. In the mean time, we request for your patience. We would need to wait until an outcome and we shall not send a replacement parcel until we hear a definite reply from Postal service.
