Yes. It is possible to add or remove items until we start processing your order. Please however expect a possible delay of 1 to 2 days in dispatching your order, depending up on the current status of your order. We'd try our best to minimise any such delays.


For adding items into your existing order, please raise another order and mention your existing order number in the comments at the checkout page. 


For orders with shipping address to Netherlands, Germany and Belgium; select Additions to Existing Order as the shipping method on the checkout page (see the image below), which will make the shipping charges in your additional order zero. Please mention the existing order number in the comments section. 


For orders outside Netherlands, Belgium & Germany, please pay the applicable shipping. In cases where we are able to fit your additional ordered item in the same box as in the existing order, we'll create a store credit of additional shipping into your Ekirana account.


For removing the items, please immediately send us an email (more preferred) or call us. Please no WhatsApp or Facebook messages.
